1. Service Description

Dante MileWorks provides dispatch and logistics administration services, including load coordination, document tracking, and invoice management.

2. User Responsibilities

Users must provide accurate, current, and complete operational and billing information. You are responsible for maintaining account security and restricting unauthorized access to your credentials.

3. Acceptable Use

Any unlawful use, abuse of platform resources, attempted unauthorized access, or interference with platform operations is strictly prohibited.

4. Billing and Payments

Invoices are generated according to service terms. Carriers and account owners are responsible for timely payment of commissions and fees when due.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dante MileWorks is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from use of the service.

6. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
